Join Esland and help transform lives in a rewarding, supportive environment! **About the Role** To meet increased pupil needs in the new school term, Esland's Grantham school is seeking a positive, proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers to support students aged 8–18 with SEMH needs. You’ll help deliver a fun, functional curriculum tailored to individual learning needs, often working one-to-one or in small groups. Our students have experienced trauma and may display challenging behaviours, so empathy, resilience, and a trauma-informed approach are key.
