Senior Account Executive

Job description

CapIntel is a software platform built for wealth management enterprises to help financial advisors explain complex investment strategies to their clients. Advisors at some of the biggest banks across North America are winning trust by using CapIntel to easily compare investments and create compelling, educational presentations. Ultimately, we're focused on investors getting better service, understanding their investments, and feeling at ease knowing their future is secure. Since launching in 2019, CapIntel has seen rapid adoption and industry recognition, earning top placements in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 Canada and Fast 500 North America in 2025, ranking us among the fastest-growing technology companies. To support this momentum, we’re growing our team rapidly—investing in people who drive innovation at scale to expand our impact across the North American wealth management industry. **About the Role** CapIntel is scaling in the US, and this role is about accelerating that momentum. You'll join an established go-to-market team with real traction among wealth and banking institutions, in a market with strong demand for what we do. Your focus is closing: owning complex, high-value enterprise deals and guiding some of the country’s most influential financial institutions through decisions that modernize how their advisors engage clients. You’ll work closely with Leadership, GTM, and Build to sharpen what’s already working, strengthen our commercial approach with large institutions, and turn a working engine into a repeatable one. While CapIntel is a remote-first company, we believe in prioritizing in-person time with our clients. This role will be expected to travel up to 25% (1x per quarter) within the United States. **What you'll do:** - Own and close a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across your territory, driving net-new business and expansion within existing accounts - Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep knowledge of wealth, banking, and financial services to shape and influence buying decisions - Build high-trust, multi-level relationships across client organizations, including with C-Suite executives - Partner with Leadership, GTM, and Build to apply and adapt existing account strategies that maximize client value and growth - Execute outbound strategy within an established framework, including prospecting, targeted outreach, and multi-channel campaigns - Navigate long, complex deal cycles with commercial judgment and a solutions-oriented approach **What we're looking for:** - Enterprise SaaS closing: proven success running full-cycle sales processes to close with large, complex organizations - Outbound and prospecting: comfort with cold outreach and experience building new opportunities in untapped accounts - Strategic prioritization: sound judgment on where to spend time across a large territory and multiple high-value deals - Pragmatic operator: comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and inclined to refine and improve what exists rather than rebuild it - Relationship builder: skilled at developing strong, multi-layered partnerships, including at the executive level - Value-based selling: adept at uncovering client needs and aligning solutions to deliver measurable ROI **Bonus Experience** - Background in financial services or wealth management - Experience selling sales enablement or fintech solutions ### **Not sure you meet every requirement?** We care most about mindset: your drive, curiosity and commitment to delivering great work. While experience matters, we know that careers aren’t always linear. If this role excites you and you believe you can make an impact with us, we want to hear from you. ### **Why you'll enjoy working here** Learn more about life at CapIntel on our [Careers](https://www.capintel.com/careers) page, including the virtues that inspire how we work and the perks and benefits designed to support your growth and well-being. We’re a team built on trust, respect, and collaboration. This powers everything we do and creates a space to challenge and elevate each other as we work towards our shared vision. If this speaks to you, we’d be excited to have you with us.
