Understanding this mindset will provide valuable context for how we operate and what we value in our team members. **What This Role Is About:** We are hiring a **Senior Accountant** to join our centralized team. **Your Main Responsibilities:** - Performs, monitors, and/or manages the day-to-day accounting and month end close functions. Records financial transactions. - Prepares, reviews, and distributes financial reports. - Prepares reconciliations, roll forwards, and financial analysis. - Prepares budgets, forecasts, trend analysis, and fluctuation commentary. - Complies with internal controls. - Provides financial reporting and analysis to internal and external business partners. - Identifies opportunities and implements process improvements. - Acts as Team Leader including mentoring new hires, leading projects, and resolving issues.
