Senior Acquisition Marketeer

Job description

The Challenge Talk360 connects more than 6 million people across 190 countries. How they find us is changing fast: Search is moving from blue links to AI generated answers and paid and organic increasingly shape each other. A missed opportunity here isn't just a lower ROAS number. It's someone staying connected with family abroad, a business trying to reach a supplier, or someone who urgently needs to reach a real phone number. As our Senior Acquisition Marketeer, you won't own a channel. You'll own the outcome: Figuring out where Talk360's next valuable user is and the smartest way to reach them, across Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, app stores, AI search, and whatever comes next. Think investment manager for acquisition, not channel specialist. Talk360 has been profitably growing since 2025. We're a lean team of around 30 people, with the majority of team working from the Amsterdam office. We're looking for someone genuinely channel agnostic: you don't wake up thinking about Google Ads or SEO; you wake up thinking about where the next valuable Talk360 user is. What you’ll do Own the acquisition portfolio: Continuously evaluate and reallocate investment across paid channels (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok) and organic channels (SEO, ASO, content), based on where the next euro or hour of effort returns the most. Run segment-led acquisition: Adapt proposition, creative, keywords, landing pages, and app store presence for our three core segments, Calling Home, Calling for Work, and Calling When It Counts, and learn which segment performs best in which channel, market, and corridor. Connect acquisition to LTV: Track performance past the click or install, through registration, first purchase, calling behaviour, and retention, so decisions get made on CAC and LTV together, not platform ROAS alone. Build our AI discovery presence: Develop Talk360's approach to discovery as more of our future users start their search inside AI tools instead of Google. Run a continuous experimentation pipeline: Turn acquisition hypotheses (a new high-intent search category, a different proposition, an underserved corridor, a new distribution channel) into small, fast tests, and turn the results into investment decisions. The Team You’ll join a lean Commercial team where acquisition, brand, product marketing, CRM, content and data work closely together. No big silos or layers of approval: You’ll work directly with product, data and creative to turn an insight into a live experiment quickly. What you’ll bring Strong experience running paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta, and/or Apple Search Ads, with real budget ownership and results to show for it. Working knowledge of SEO and ASO, and a track record of building organic acquisition that compounds rather than resetting every quarter. Fluency in CAC, ROAS, conversion, ARPU, and LTV, and the ability to build one framework that lets you compare channels that have never been compared before. Comfort moving between data, creative, content, and technology to shorten the distance between an idea and a live experiment. Active, current use of AI in your own marketing workflow, for research, analysis, content variation, and speeding up execution, not just openness to using it. Who you are Channel agnostic and opportunity driven, you're motivated by finding the next valuable user, not by defending a particular channel or discipline. Comfortable moving investment away from something that isn't working anymore, even if you're the one who built it. Genuinely curious about how AI is reshaping search and discovery and energised by figuring out a playbook that doesn't exist yet rather than waiting for one. Analytical: You can find the meaningful signal inside a pile of noisy performance data and act on it. Understand the limits of attribution and don't let an imperfect model stop you from making a call. You’re able to come to our office in Amsterdam on Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays Recruitment process First Call: a short call with our recruiter to get to know each other a bit better Hiring Manager Interview: a deep dive into your experience with the Chief Revenue Officer Case Study: visit of our office where you will present a practical task to our team Meeting with the CEO What you get Competitive compensation Senior Acquisition Marketeer salary: €80,000 – €90,000 gross per year (all-in) Learning and growth €1,500 annual personal development budget, plus access to company-wide training sessions to keep learning and evolving. Time to recharge 25 vacation days Option to swap two public holidays per year for days that better reflect your culture or beliefs Recharge Fridays, unlocked when team targets are met (we'll tell you more during the interview) Work from anywhere As a global and diverse team, we encourage you to work from another city or country for up to 2 weeks per year, gain fresh perspectives and spark new ideas. A team you'll actually want to be part of Weekly team lunch every Thursday Regular team moments and outings An international and diverse team, with colleagues from the Netherlands, South Africa, Nigeria, Suriname, Turkey, Egypt, Kenya, Ukraine and beyond Set up for success Company laptop and all the tools you need to do your best work Monthly phone allowance and commuting allowance An environment to grow and make impact A collaborative environment where you can learn from others, take ownership, and contribute to a meaningful mission. About Talk360 Talk360 was founded with a clear purpose: to become the most accessible and reliable calling app for African diaspora communities, both within Africa and abroad. For our users, calls are not transactional, they are emotional lifelines to family, friends, and essential support networks. When service quality drops, they feel it immediately. That responsibility drives everything we build. Over the past years, Talk360 has grown into a global communications platform connecting more than 6 million people worldwide last year. We successfully spun off our payments arm into NjiaPay, stepped into the gap left by the discontinuation of Skype, and achieved profitable growth from 2025 onwards, marking our transition from early-stage scale-up to a disciplined, sustainable business. As we continue to grow, we are expanding beyond our own B2C app. We are now launching our first embedded calling products within partner platforms, bringing Talk360’s technology into new ecosystems and enabling partners to offer international calling directly within their own products. Our ambition is bold: to become the world’s most trusted way to call any real phone number — connecting migrants, travellers, professionals, and businesses across the globe. Here’s what our users say: “I like Talk360 because it saves me a lot of money. I used to call from Zimbabwe for 15 rands a minute. Talk360 came to the rescue. Now I can call my mother for hours.” — Google Play, South Africa ★★★★★ “Talk360 is a simple and reliable app for cheap international calls. It works even if the receiver has no internet, offers good call quality, and has transparent pricing.” — Google Play, United States ★★★★★ “It is a flawless experience with no hustles at all and the tariffs are more than just fair.” — Trustpilot, United Kingdom ★★★★★
