**Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia About The Role:** This is an exciting opportunity to help shape customer experiences for millions of people living in off-grid communities across Ethiopia. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring customers receive timely, reliable, and effective after-sales service across product replacements, warranty claims, troubleshooting, spare parts, logistics, and service processes. You will combine your experience in customer service operations, data management, and ERP systems to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and identify practical ways to enhance service quality. The role involves regular interaction with customers, shops, EBD partners, retailers, service teams, and internal functions across Ethiopia.
