Senior AI Agentic Developer – Requirements & Service Integration (f/m/x)

Job description

Design and develop AI solutions and agentic workflows to support requirements engineering, specification management, and software integration Conceptualize and implement AI-based services for analyzing documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems Develop production-ready AI solutions and implement modern agentic AI technologies (e.g., tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration) Contribute to proof of concepts (PoCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs), while analyzing, documenting, and continuously optimizing AI services and integrations Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases Completed degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally using High Level Languages like C#, C++, Rust, Java. Knowledge in Python or Typescript is helpful.
