Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts (engineering, product, operations) to gather and validate the documents Edit and standardize documentation for tone, clarity, and consistency across teams Manage document version control and maintain a centralized documentation repository Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language Support onboarding materials, training guides, and work on the basic implementation activities. Ensure documentation complies with internal style guides and industry standards Manage overall project activities and track project status with multiple stakeholders. Coordinate discussions with other branches and provide support as needed. Required Qualifications At least 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in transaction banking or trade finance are also encouraged to apply. Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with documentation tools Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
