ESR Group is looking to fill a senior analyst role in the Fund Management & Capital Team. The candidate will report to the Senior Director Fund Management & Capital. The purpose of the role is to support and manage all the stages of the fundraising process, i.e. from initial marketing to final documentation. This is to ensure all investor relations activities are promptly and accurately executed and reported thanks to a rigorous and efficient methodology, and to provide strategic information as well as transparent and consistent communication for the investor presentations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and deliver responses (including identification of any potential concerns or challenges) to investor RFPs / RFIs / questions in a timely manner to support various fund raises, in close collaboration with the business teams and support teams;Prepare standard (INREV and other) DDQ documents for fundraises;Work with external stakeholders to develop accurate and strategic investor presentations;Support drafting of fund documentation including term sheet, LPA, subscription agreement etc.Organize and/or attend real estate / property tour and follow specific conferences and events;Represent IR function for some commercial meetings and on the day-day exchanges with investors;Respond to queries from investors in a timely manner;Prepare marketing collaterals including presentations, factsheets, videos & photo-shoots of assets;Maintain and create valuable investor and fundraising information including meeting notes, fund raise pipelines and data rooms through ESR’s CRM system;Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate / create internal approval materials such as Investment Committee memos for new fundraises and fund establishment.Coordinate with corporate communications, investor relations and compliance to ensure accurate information is shared in all investor communication.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / EconomicsAt least 1-3 years (for Analyst level) or 3-5 years (for Senior Analyst level) or 5-7 years of experience within a placement agent, a real estate investment manager, an investment bank or a private equity fund with an investor relation focusPractical experience of fund raising from initial marketing through to final documentationReal estate involvement preferredStrong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint PERSONAL SKILLS:Detailed, reliable and hands-onHighly organized and process drivenStrong multi-faceted project management skillsAbility to delegate to others (including senior executives) and manage their deliverablesAbility to work under pressureExcellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), highly literateTenacious networkerDynamic, enthusiastic and team player with the ability to work with different nationalities and backgroundsFluent in English spoken and written. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Economics
- At least 1-3 years (for Analyst level) or 3-5 years (for Senior Analyst level) or 5-7 years of experience within a placement agent, a real estate investment manager, an investment bank or a private equity fund with an investor relation focus
- Practical experience of fund raising from initial marketing through to final documentation
- Real estate involvement preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
