Perform site inspections and attend project meetings to address engineering challenges during construction. Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in structural engineering to enhance project delivery. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on large-scale projects.Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE).Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and best practices in structural engineering.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Professional Engineering license or similar certification is preferred.Experience leading projects and providing guidance to junior engineers is highly desirable.
