Employment type: The project would last for 2 weeks to a month (20 hours per week, 4 hours a day) Work Set-Up: 1 day onsite onboarding in Eastwood Libis before transitioning to fully remote Shift: Nightshift About the client: The client is a design and interior architecture studio that focuses on creating modern, functional, and visually refined spaces. Based on their official site, they specialize in: Interior design for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects Full design services , from concept and feasibility planning to construction documentation Space styling , including furniture, lighting, and décor selection End-to-end project support , meaning they can assist from early design stages all the way to construction and final execution Key Responsibilities: Assist with the creation of detailed interior design working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details. Translate conceptual designs into technical documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD). Collaborate with designers and architects to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible. Maintain consistency in technical standards and ensure drawings adhere to applicable building codes and regulations. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is effectively communicated. Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, design updates, and project requirements. Contribute to the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with project goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD Strong understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and construction processes. Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical drawings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preffered Skills: Experience in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or V-Ray). Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED standards.
