As part of our financial services consulting team, you will be working with challenges in financial services sectors i.e. banks, insurances, financial technology companies, helping the organizations on their digital transformation journey. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. About the Role Understanding of the banking, Insurance, or Fintech industry, products, technologies, processes Or customer interactions. Communicating directly and building relationships with clients Understanding objectives for stakeholders (internal PwC Consulting Indonesia and clients) Gather business requirements by managing relationships with stakeholders and facilitating those conversations. Performing information gathering and analysis Resolving Client Queries and Challenges Overseeing Progress and Update of your area of responsibilities Supporting Business Development Process Progressively active to self develop your capabilities PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. Having a background in consulting firms will be an added value.
