CTBC Bank, Singapore Branch Your Career Our Future JOB PURPOSE: Assist Team Head of Financial Accounting in ensuring all MIS/Financial reporting is in compliance with the Singapore/International Financial Reporting Standards and applicable tax regulations. All MIS/Financial reporting is accurate and complete PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Daily/Weekly Prepare IPB Financial Performance including revenue, AuM and NNA (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) Preparation of weekly loans and deposits EOP balance to Singapore Branch’s CEO. Preparation of weekly IPB loans and deposits Average balance /Spread/ RORAC to BU for tracking against the target plan. Perform value-added analysis to support the presentation for BU Weekly meeting Monthly Bi-Monthly forecast of PB Financial Performance for submission to Management/ FICON in accordance with stipulated timeline. Streamline the PB reporting process to prepare the required reports efficiently and accurately Preparation of CPM File – Fees / T&O revenue/ Misc Revenue/ T&E OPEX to support monthly RM performance To work closely with relevant stakeholders and partnering PB business units by providing value-added inputs and advice. To work closely with relevant stakeholders and Business partner to Business Units by providing value-added inputs and advises, main contact person for PB businesses in addressing their queries. Quarterly Prepare the power-point slides to support the FICON presentation during the quarterly PB meeting. Annually To assist in the Yearly Budget and 5-year forecast for PB, and support the preparation of bank-wide budget for the OPEX and CAPEX To assist in preparing the relevant disclosures of Annual Financial Statements To assist in migration of Avaloq for PB HKWM & SGWM segments and other ad-hoc PB Projects without any hiccups or show-stopper To assist in any other ad-hoc projects driven by Finance & Accounting Team To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the superior from time to time. KEY COMPETENCIES: Strong Financial accounting knowledge skills Knowledge and understanding of the SAP, FCC system, and AVALOQ Knowledge and understanding of Banking Products, and their accounting treatments Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory, International Financial Reporting Standards, Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore (‘FRSs’), and internal management reporting requirements and Singapore Income Tax Implication. PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Powerpoint Interpersonal and strong communication skills
