Job Title: Senior Associate, Integration/Test Engineering Job Code: 43938 Job Location: Greenville, Texas On-site Job Schedule: 9/80 Regular: Off every other Friday, 1st Shift Job Desciption: The Senior Associate Systems Integration Lab (SIL) Manager, Integration/Test Engineer (TE) performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and troubleshooting for total systems and or subsystems within a SIL. The Senior Associate TE is part of a team that supports the requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware/software systems installed on ground and airborne communication platforms. Essential Functions: Understand physical architecture incorporating voice, video, and data capability across multiple security domains Review and evaluate electrical wiring diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements Understand test, integration, verification, and validation planning Perform effective verification test procedures ensuring system performance and capabilities meet system requirements Facilitate the seamless operation of a continuously running Systems Integration Laboratory Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware in a multi-domain mobile airborne data-link, video, and voice systems environment A minimum of 2 years of experience with Aircraft communication system integration and communications ground/flight test support A minimum of 2 years of experience with configuration and integration of aircraft RF and satellite communications systems, or cryptographic equipment Secret clearance required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Additional Skills: Working knowledge of LAN and VOIP protocols to include IP routing Active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance Knowledge of mission systems: EO/IR, Video, Networks, SI/EW, etc Model-based Systems Engineering and Simulation experience Troubleshooting and multi-level testing for RF applications Knowledge of requirement traceability methods and purpose Knowledge of the systems engineering trade study process Experience conducting verification testing Experience working with subcontractors and U.S. Government customers Experience developing, authoring, and implementing system test plans Engineering efforts involving FAA-certified general category aircraft Excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills Translate the voice of the customer into system level requirements Write subsystem specifications based on system level requirements Develop and evaluate trade studies for accuracy and completeness Evaluate alternative solutions and establish preliminary system designs #LI-RW1
