The opportunity We are seeking a dedicated and tenacious Project Manager to drive product success by bridging the gap between development and the end-user. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery within a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities Drive product success by bringing the product to users Partner with product manager and designers to conduct user interviews. Partner with product manager to run sprint plannings, scrums, retrospectives. Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery. Conduct and support thorough systems, users, and security tests pre-release. Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release. Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs. Skills and attributes for success Experience in building digital products. Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources. End to end experience working with product team to build products. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing. Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure. Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines. Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus. Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus. Ideally, you’ll also have Professional certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional. A degree or diploma in Computer Science or Product Management. Hands-on experience with collaboration and design platforms like Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq.
