Manufacturing Engineer Job Code: 42414 Job Location: Camden, AR Job Schedule: 4/10 Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week Job Description: We are excited to announce an opening for a Sr. Associate Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Manufacturing Planning. We are looking for a candidate with a robust background in manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and optimizing our manufacturing operations. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet industry standards. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans to meet production schedules and goals. Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. Analyze production processes to identify and implement improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, ensuring adherence to manufacturing plans. Monitor and analyze production data to optimize resource allocation and workflow. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related Engineer experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related Engineer experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related Engineer experience. 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with exposure to manufacturing planning. Preferred Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems. Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing planning tools (e.g., ERP systems). Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. #LI-QN1
