We are looking for a highly meticulous, structured, and proactive **Operations Support Senior Associate** to join our expanding operations team. In this role, **flawless daily execution is your foundation**—you will take full ownership of platform configurations, business settings, and market growth initiatives (e.g. incentives, coupons, subsidies). Grounded in your hands-on operational expertise, you will act as a key bridge between cross-functional teams, leveraging your strong communication skills and modern tools (including **AI and automation**) to continuously optimize operational efficiency and workflow accuracy. ### What you'll do **Hands-On Configuration Execution :** - Execute daily platform configurations, business logic settings, and market initiatives (online incentives, subsidies) with absolute precision to maintain target service levels. - Monitor day-to-day operations and strictly ensure all market activities and incentives align with the allocated budget. - Rigorously review and validate operational data to ensure zero configuration errors and prevent live platform issues. - Develop, refine, and maintain systematic documentation, SOPs, and configuration change logs for clear operational tracking. **Operational Optimization & AI Adoption :** - Deeply understand ground-level execution pain points to proactively identify process bottlenecks. - Experiment with and integrate AI tools automation, or low-code solutions to streamline repetitive execution tasks and enhance data validation efficiency. - Contribute to the continuous refinement of market performance monitoring and operational management frameworks. **Cross-Functional Communication & Support :** - Serve as the main liaison between Business/Market Growth teams and Tech/Product teams, translating commercial requirements into precise technical configurations. - Communicate operational constraints, timelines, and logic effectively to non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment. - Provide dedicated operational support for ad-hoc cross-departmental projects. ### What you'll need **Experience:** 3–4 years of hands-on experience in operations, platform backend configuration, e-commerce operations, or data/process management. **Core Mindset & Competencies:** - **Precision & Execution First:** Meticulous attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to critical operational errors; comfortable with repetitive, high-stakes configuration work. - **Strong Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills—able to negotiate, clarify logic, and build strong cross-functional relationships. - **Optimization & Growth Mindset:** A proactive problem-solver who doesn't just execute, but actively seeks ways to do things smarter and faster.
