Product Promotion Materials and Training Materials Assist in developing professional product, service, sales materials and training materials for the Agency and Broker channels. Prepare and coordinate the production of sales flyers, presentation decks, product videos, training videos, promotional messages, sales tools and other channel communication materials. Review materials for accuracy, consistency, visual quality and ease of use before circulation to the relevant distribution channels. Incorporate product positioning, key customer benefits, sales ideas and channel feedback into promotional and training materials. Liaise with Product, Marketing, Operations, Training, Legal and Compliance teams to collect information and coordinate the review and approval process. 2. Workshops, Roadshows and Client Seminars Coordinate and support Agency and Broker workshops, product briefings, roadshows, client seminars and other channel engagement activities. Manage participant registration, enrolment, attendance records, venue arrangements, event materials, audiovisual requirements and on-site logistics. Coordinate with speakers, trainers, business units, distribution channels, vendors and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of each activity. Provide on-site event support and promptly address operational or logistical issues. Conduct post-event follow-up, including attendance reconciliation, feedback collection, record maintenance and preparation of event summaries where required. 3. Channel and Social Media Communications Prepare and publish approved new-product information and promotional messages through designated internal and external communication platforms, including SunLifers, Instagram and other approved social media or digital channels. Develop clear, engaging and channel-appropriate promotional messages to enhance product awareness among Agency and Broker users. Support Agency leaders, financial advisors and Broker partners by providing adaptable product messages and promotional content for customer engagement, subject to applicable approval and usage requirements. Ensure that all published content follows the Company’s branding, communications, social media, legal and compliance requirements. Maintain an orderly record of approved messages, supporting materials and publication details. 4. Seminar Artwork, Promotional Collateral and Compliance Coordination Coordinate the development of posters, invitations, digital banners, event notices and other promotional collateral for regular Agency and Broker client seminars, including Health, Wealth, Investment-Linked Assurance Scheme and other business-related seminars. Prepare artwork layouts and content briefs, and work with internal design resources or external vendors to produce professional and visually appealing materials. Ensure that seminar posters and promotional materials contain the required information, disclosures, disclaimers and approval references. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Product and other relevant stakeholders to obtain all necessary approvals before publication or distribution. Maintain proper records of comments, revisions, approvals and final versions to support governance and audit requirements. Manage end-to-end event logistics, including registration, enrolment, attendee communications, materials preparation and on-site coordination. 5. Sales Tools and User Acceptance Testing Participate in user acceptance testing of sales tools, digital platforms, calculators, presentation tools and other channel-facing solutions. Review system functionality, workflow, content presentation and user experience from the perspectives of Agency and Broker users. Identify potential usability issues, content gaps, operational concerns and inconsistencies, and document the findings clearly for the relevant project or system teams. Consolidate feedback from channel stakeholders and support the tracking of identified issues through resolution. Verify completed enhancements or corrective actions before implementation, where required. Support the preparation of user guides, launch communications, frequently asked questions and training materials for newly introduced or enhanced sales tools. 6. New Product Launch and Channel Communications Assist in preparing and executing promotional and communication plans for new product launches, service enhancements and business initiatives. Develop launch materials and communication timelines in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, Training, Agency, Broker and other relevant stakeholders. Prepare clear and professional channel communication memos covering product features, operational arrangements, training schedules, system updates and implementation requirements. Coordinate product briefings, launch workshops and supporting promotional activities for the Agency and Broker channels. Monitor the completion of launch deliverables and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely implementation. Consolidate channel feedback following launches and provide observations to the relevant business teams for consideration and continuous improvement. 7. General Support and Governance Maintain accurate and properly organized records of materials, approvals, attendance, event documentation, UAT findings and channel communications. Prepare regular progress updates, reports and presentation materials for management review. Support procurement, vendor coordination and speaker or trainer due-diligence processes where external parties are engaged. Handle confidential, personal and business information in accordance with applicable privacy, information-security and records-management requirements. Undertake other projects and duties assigned by the Team Head or Department Head or from time to time. Job Requirement · University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Multimedia Design or a related discipline. · 5-6 years relevant experience in marketing, product marketing, channel communications, training support, event management or sales-support functions in related field.. · Practical experience in preparing promotional materials, presentations, communication memos, event artwork or digital content. · Experience coordinating cross-functional reviews with different stakeholders.. · Good in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be advantageous. · Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience with design, video-editing or digital-content tools would be an advantage.
