In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to design and implement effective solutions Participate in the release management process, ensuring smooth deployment and minimizing disruptions Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the development, testing, and implementation of new systems and applications Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and policies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's technology infrastructure Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in business systems analysis, with a strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies Proficient in analyzing and documenting business requirements, processes, and systems Hands-on experience in release management, including planning, coordinating, and executing software deployments Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
