Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates to drive growth and acquisition of new Treasures clients Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the Treasures client base within the Consumer Banking Group Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Monitor team performance, provide coaching and mentorship to ensure achievement of targets Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business decisions Represent the Treasures business in internal and external meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements Requirements Experince in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve business goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth Proficient in the use of relevant business intelligence and customer relationship management tools Apply Now We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
