Job description

Reports To: Supervisors, Managers, Directors, Partners Responsibilities Participating in and assuming in-charge responsibilities for audits, reviews and compilations Experience supervising less experienced staff Directly corresponding and communicating with the clients Due date responsibilities Areas of Concentration Enhance efficiency and effectiveness on engagements during planning Developing technical knowledge to perform in-charge responsibilities Researches and proposes resolution to technical A&A matters Assisting to develop additional services for current clients Developing contacts through networking and community involvement and maintaining contacts for referral use Assisting with firm recruiting efforts as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university CPA license preferred 2 years public accounting experience Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Critical thinking skills Effective leader of team members Strong organization skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritize, while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills
