Senior Automation Specialist - RPA Specialist (2-years fixed-term contract)

Company: Marsh Risk Description: Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Automation Specialist In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end process improvements, leveraging RPA (Blue Prism), and/or other automation tools/languages. You will work closely with the business to gather requirements and drive the design, development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions. We will count on you to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for optimization Analyze existing processes and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing solutions for streamlining and automation Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that automation solutions align with business objectives Develop and implement end-to-end process improvements, leveraging VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx and/or Microsoft Access Drive solution testing and provide support during User Acceptance Testing, ensuring processes are fully tested before deployment What you need to have: Proven experience with RPA (Blue Prism) Experience in process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement Ability to analyze and evaluate existing processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for improvement Continuous improvement mindset focused on driving efficiency and effectiveness through automation and process improvement Strong communication skills Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level) What makes you stand out: Experience with multiple automation tools/languages Knowledge of data exchange via REST API Lean Six Sigma certification or experience Experience in the insurance sector or shared service sector Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have an impact on colleagues, clients and communities.
