Scale Tech is a Lithuanian software development and outsourcing agency working with clients across Lithuania, Europe, and the US. For this position, we are partnering with a Lithuanian FinTech client and hiring an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join a long-term project. ## ### About the project: You will work on a modern FinTech platform focused on: - Authorization API - BackOffice API - System integrations The environment is collaborative and product-oriented, with a team consisting of: - Back-end Software Engineers - Front-end Software Engineers - Product Owner Tech stack: - Java - Spring Boot - PostgreSQL - AWS ### What we're looking for: We are looking for a senior-level engineer who: - Has strong experience with Java and Spring Boot - Understands API design and integrations - Has experience working with PostgreSQL databases - Is comfortable working with AWS cloud services - Can work independently in a remote environment - Communicates effectively within international teams - Takes ownership and contributes to technical decisions ### What We Offer: - Full-remote contract - Long-term project - International FinTech environment - Flexible collaboration model ### Hiring Process: 1.
