**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) **Key Skills:** Business Analysis, Oracle EBS, Finance, Supply Chain, Requirements Management, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Functional Design, UAT, ERP Implementations **Experience:** 5+ YOE **Location:** Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Mexico **Mode:** Remote We at Coforge are hiring Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EBS) (#F-10609-ERP-USA-FP-16) with the following skill set. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements. - Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. - Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions. - Strong knowledge of Finance business processes. - Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs. - Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams. - Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis. - Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). **Preferred Skills:** - Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS). - Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. - Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Financial Planning, and Reporting. - Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives. - Background in large high-tech enterprise environments. - Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs. **Posted On:** 3-11-2026 At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
