Responsibilities: - Ongoing monitoring of customers’ sales performance based on the CRM data; - Working along with a Solution Architect function to understand customer requirements and provide the best solution; - Analyzing whether the product meets customers' needs; - Producing support materials for Account Executive and Customer Success teams.
