Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners to align scope, resources, and deadlines. Conduct market and competitive research to inform business and product strategies. Identify and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and performance. Support QA and UAT efforts by validating solutions against business requirements. Provide clear, concise reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership. Work independently with minimal supervision, effectively prioritizing tasks and initiatives. Nice to Have: Experience with UX/UI collaboration and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq). Background in data analytics or SQL.
