Job Purpose: The Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead – Manufacturing & Quality (SAP PP/QM) is responsible for the global ownership, optimization, and transformation of Manufacturing and Quality Management business processes. The role combines business analysis, manufacturing consulting, SAP functional leadership, and transformation delivery to ensure manufacturing excellence, quality compliance, and successful adoption of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA solutions across the organization. It serves as the key link between business stakeholders, SAP partners, and technology teams to drive operational efficiency, standardization, and digital transformation. With 12–15 Years SAP Experience as BA, 8+ Years PP/QM Consulting, Global Manufacturing Programmes Business Process Ownership Manufacturing Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, including: Demand Management Forecasting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Capacity Planning Production Planning Shop Floor Execution Engineering Change Management Quality Management Drive quality transformation initiatives covering: Incoming Quality In-Process Quality Supplier Quality Audit Management CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) Regulatory Compliance SAP Functional Consulting Provide subject matter expertise across: SAP Production Planning (PP) Demand Management Master Production Scheduling (MPS) Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Production Orders Capacity Planning Repetitive Manufacturing Discrete Manufacturing SAP Quality Management (QM) Quality Planning Inspection Processing Quality Notifications Quality Analytics Manufacturing Integration PP-MM Integration PP-SD Integration PP-QM Integration PP-CO Integration Solution Design & Delivery Facilitate global design workshops. Lead fit-gap analysis activities. Develop functional specifications and solution designs. Govern development activities and deliverables. Lead testing cycles, deployment activities, and post-go-live stabilization. Drive manufacturing transformation and adoption of best practices. Transformation & Governance Act as Global Process Owner for Manufacturing and Quality processes. Establish governance forums, steering committees, and design authorities. Drive process harmonization, standardization, KPI improvement, and compliance. Lead digital transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA programs. Govern AMS providers, SAP partners, system integrators, and third-party vendors. Supports global manufacturing programs, process harmonization, and operating model optimization. Responsible for governance across the entire solution lifecycle, from requirements and design through deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
