### About the Role This is a Business Development Representative role (standard or senior level depending on experience) sitting within the Go-to-Market team of a fast-scaling AI-powered procurement intelligence platform for the industrial sector. You will own pipeline generation across European industrial customers, helping move procurement from a reactive function to a strategic business driver. ### What You'll Do - Own the full prospecting pipeline, identifying and converting new leads via phone, email, and social media. - Run discovery conversations and build qualified opportunities for the closing sales team. - Execute and iterate on both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies. - Conduct independent B2B market research to find prospects and tailor outreach messaging. - Develop and maintain persuasive sales materials, call scripts, and outreach templates. - Deliver internal training sessions and workshops to share prospecting best practices. - Leverage AI tools and experiments to accelerate prospecting and optimize workflows. - Contribute to a high-velocity, feedback-driven sales culture with measurable targets. ### What We're Looking For - At least 1 to 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience for the standard level, or 5 or more years for the senior level. - Hands-on sales experience with meaningful ticket sizes and real deal volume, not just account maintenance. - Initial SaaS sales experience and confidence using modern sales technology. - Proven ownership of B2B prospecting across phone, email, and social channels, converting activity into qualified pipeline. - Excellent written and spoken German (required). - Experience thriving in a demanding, startup-like environment with a strong learning curve. - Resilience, goal orientation, and a positive attitude toward ambitious targets. - Exposure to the industrial or procurement sector is a plus. ### Location On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
