Senior Campus Recruiter

Job description

Ready to shape the future of talent acquisition in a global trading firm? As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind spotting and bringing the top 1% of talent from Europe's premier universities on board. Your journey involves navigating the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from identification to selection, and making your mark at European recruitment events. **The team** You'll join our Campus Recruitment team in Europe, based in Amsterdam, part of a wider recruitment organisation of experienced tech, trading and business support recruiters. Collaboration comes first here: we share knowledge, step in for each other in peak season, and succeed as one team. **What you'll do** - Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, interviewing, assessment review, offer conversations and closing - Build strong partnerships with business leaders and interviewers, and make sure we're aligned on hiring needs and on what great looks like - Work in a data-driven way, using insights to make our process sharper, fairer and more efficient - Contribute to strategic projects such as market analyses, process and assessment reviews, and improvements to how we select - Represent IMC at recruitment events across Europe, with frequent travel (more than four times a year) **What we look for** - 3+ years of industry experience, ideally within a global finance, trading, tech or consultancy organisation - Knowledge of financial markets and the trading industry - A critical eye: you question how things are done, spot trends early and turn them into practical improvements - The ability to think strategically and act tactically, moving easily between the bigger picture and getting things done today - A solution-oriented mindset: when something isn't working, you look for a better way - You enjoy operational recruitment. Running a tight process and giving candidates a great experience energises you - You build relationships with the business with ease and earn trust as a partner, not just a service provider - You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same - You work well in a larger team and put collaboration first - You keep up with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment and bring them into your own work **What we offer** A unique work culture that values collaboration, initiative, and ownership. Our professional and friendly environment provides the perfect backdrop for your growth and responsibilities. We operate with transparency in a flat structure, allowing you direct engagement with stakeholders and professionals. Your input matters here, contributing to our collective success. At IMC, continuous learning is a priority. Various training and on-the-job growth opportunities allow you to shape your path within the organisation. This isn't just a job; it's a journey of ongoing growth. We appreciate your efforts. Our highly competitive salary comes with great perks. If you're looking for a friendly yet professional space to contribute and grow, IMC is the place. If you're ready for a role beyond routine recruitment, where your experience can contribute to the future of our team and company, apply now. **About Us** *IMC is a research-driven trading firm where quantitative modeling, machine learning, and engineering shape how modern markets are traded.
