Senior Cards Portfolio Manager

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Growth Manager to own the growth and health of Tabby's card program end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of scheme relationships, compliance and commercial strategy working closely with Card Scheme, Compliance, Risk and Product to grow card issuance, activation and usage while keeping the program fully aligned with scheme rules and regulatory requirements. You'll lead portfolio growth initiatives, manage scheme relationships and reporting, and own the compliance obligations tied to the card program — from scheme mandates to regulatory requirements. You're comfortable balancing a commercial growth agenda with the discipline compliance demands. If you enjoy growing a card program commercially while also being the person who keeps it compliant and audit-ready, this role is for you.
