We take a small number of mid to senior individuals and get them to the right next role — measured on placement quality and compensation retention, not logins to a portal. Requirements

You'll recognise yourself here if you

• Have delivered outplacement or career transition inside a structured provider (LHH, Right Management, RiseSmart, Korn Ferry, Mercer, or a regional boutique) and know how that model works from the inside
• Have felt the tension between caseload volume and doing right by the individual
• Understand APMEA hiring, GCC labour and visa realities in different countries (i.e. Singapore, Dubai, etc), and how executives actually get placed here

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You do not have outplacement consulting experience
• You do not have track record in supporting affected employees
