Then apply to join Esland's highly valued team today, our dedicated recruiters are keen to speak with you!** **Hours:** 4 days and sleep nights on, 6 days off (365 rota) **Pay rate:** £43,740 to £48,186 per annum,\* including opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate - **rates applicable from April 2026** **What we are looking for:** Moorland Cottage is a two-bed, Ofsted registered children's home providing immediate intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic support. Over a 12 week placement, our young people are given security, support, and stabilisation in a nurturing and peaceful environment. Every placement provides PACE principle residential care, access to education and participation in outdoor/adventure activities. **If you are an experienced, qualified children's residential care worker who is eager to expand their skills and knowledge, we would love to hear from you!**
