Senior Client Solutions Manager - Influencer Marketing (Remote - US, EST hours)

Job description

## **About Kyra** Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. 💡 **What You’ll Do** You’ll own a portfolio of brand accounts across CPG, beauty and sports. Your job is straightforward: - Keep your clients, grow them and run delivery cleanly. - Keep the team aligned and efficient through better systems and technology. - Be the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid and Product. - When something drifts (performance, scope, relationship or margin), spot it early and fix it. No surprises. No scrambling. Steady, commercial ownership. 🎯 **Lead the Relationship** Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns and always-on programmes. Multi-thread across teams. Build trust. Have direct conversations when performance needs to improve. 📈 **Turn Insight into Strategy** Turn data into clear, actionable plans. Present performance against KPIs (engagement, EMV, sales lift, affiliate impact) and explain what it means for the client. 🔍 **Own Delivery End-to-End** Manage timelines, scopes, budgets and execution across seeding, paid and integrated campaigns. Keep work on-brand, on-time and within margin. 📊 **Protect and Grow Revenue** Plan renewals early. Spot upsell opportunities. Drive Net Revenue Retention. Talk about account growth with real numbers. 💾 **Use Data to Improve What’s Next** Forecast performance. Optimise mid-campaign. Carry learnings into the next programme. Reporting should drive decisions, not recap them. 🛡️ **Keep the System Tight** Keep tracking clean. Watch team capacity. Fix what’s inefficient. Make sure client feedback never gets lost. **What We’re Looking For** - 4 to 6+ years in influencer or creator marketing - Strong hands-on campaign experience, with real fluency in Meta and TikTok - A clear track record of account growth and retention. Bring numbers. - Experience measured against revenue, retention or NRR targets - Leadership experience: running 1:1s, managing workload, supporting team performance - AI-native: you use AI tools every day for faster execution, better insight and smarter workflows - Experience in CPG, beauty or sports (brand, retailer or agency side) is a strong plus. Even better if you’ve worked across more than one of them. You’re commercially sharp, operationally reliable and comfortable talking about the revenue impact of the accounts you’ve run. **Traits That Matter** Curious. Commercially aware. Direct. Adaptable. Strong at building trust. Open to feedback. You don’t avoid hard conversations. You don’t wait for issues to escalate. You don’t need constant direction. **What Success Looks Like** Six months in: renewals are planned early, NRR targets are on track, expansion opportunities are mapped, delivery runs smoothly and leadership trusts your forecast. **Benefits** 🌎 Remote-first, so you can work from wherever you do your best work 🌴 25 days PTO + bank holidays, 3 wellness days and paid sick leave 📚 Annual Learning and Development budget 💰 Annual bonus scheme to recognise great work 🩺 Healthcare coverage for US-based team members AI is core to how we operate.
