### **Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent** **Location:** Leesburg, VA office; projects in Washington, DC **Job Type:** Direct Hire **Starting Salary:** $127,000/year — higher compensation available based on experience ### Position Overview Seeking an experienced **Senior Superintendent** to lead field operations on commercial and government construction projects. This position oversees subcontractors and field crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. ### Requirements - **U.S. Citizen** and able to obtain a security clearance - Associate degree in **Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field** - **10–15 years of Superintendent experience** with a general contractor on commercial or institutional projects - **7+ years of government contracting experience** - Proven experience managing **ground-up commercial construction** projects, not only renovations - Experience using **spreadsheets, email, and construction industry software** - Current **OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and CQC certification** issued by USACE/NAVFAC - Valid driver’s license with a **clean driving record** - Ability to lift and handle **50 lbs.** - Physically able to walk active job sites and regularly climb ladders and stairs to inspect work, direct subcontractors and field crews, and maintain safety and quality standards ### Preferred - Experience overseeing projects valued at **$10M–$40M** - Strong background managing commercial and government construction projects ### Benefits - Healthcare Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Short-Term Disability - 401(k) - Employer 401(k) Match - Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account - Health Savings Account - Paid Time Off
