Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management. Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled 4+ years of experiencr into Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, Machine Learning, LangChain, LangGraph, and Python . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications leveraging modern AI frameworks, multi-agent systems, vector databases, and advanced retrieval techniques to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities Design and develop LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, or open-source models. Build and deploy Agentic AI solutions including multi-agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, memory management, and tool calling. Develop scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases and semantic search. Implement autonomous workflows using LangChain , LangGraph , and multi-agent frameworks. Build knowledge retrieval systems using embeddings, vector stores, and enterprise data sources. Design prompts, structured outputs, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks to improve AI response quality. Develop and optimize Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, and intelligent automation use cases. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications through APIs and microservices. Monitor model performance, hallucination rates, retrieval quality, and operational metrics. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
