Senior Consultant - Forensics and Integrity Services - Claims and Dispute The opportunity As a Senior Consultant within the Forensics & Integrity Services (FIS) team you will be working on high-profile disputes, forensic accounting investigations and contentious quantifications, and regulatory matters in one of the most exciting areas of professional services. Working with clients across all industries, you’ll build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers and develop a portfolio of projects by focusing on high value opportunities in complex forensic accounting analysis and dispute related engagements. You will work alongside an experienced leadership group that is focused on driving growth in the market. EY’s FIS professionals help organisations protect and restore enterprise and financial reputation. We assist organisations to investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges, ethical and reputational risks. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Oceania FIS team including accountants, risk managers, technology specialists and former regulatory and law enforcement professionals. This is a hybrid position based in Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options. Your key responsibilities Work collaboratively on a range of forensic accounting and disputes engagements, including investigations, commercial disputes, post-acquisition disputes, and independent expert matters. Conduct financial analysis, document reviews, and prepare clear, high-quality reports. Partner with clients and stakeholders to address complex forensic accounting and dispute-related issues. Build and maintain relationships with clients, legal representatives, insurers, and internal teams. Assist in the preparation of forensic accounting, investigation, and expert witness reports. Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the Forensics & Integrity Services team. Skills and attributes for success CA ANZ (or equivalent) qualification, or currently working towards completion. Experience in forensic accounting, external audit, or a related professional services environment. Strong client focus with the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial data and models. Id eally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes.
