As a Senior Consultant, you will have: A Master’s degree in engineering, economics, and/or business administration. 3–6 years of relevant experience, for example in consulting or a project-based role within the energy industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in areas like process analysis, operating model design, or technology implementation. A good understanding of the energy market and a strong interest in its technological trends. An intrinsic motivation to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Dutch and English (mandatory). Working hands-on, you will help advise, design, and implement the business and technology solutions that accelerate the energy transition, turning ambitious strategies into tangible results. You will collaborate with clients to reimagine their inner workings and solve complex challenges in the ER&I industry. Your work will directly contribute to projects spanning asset management, field operations, congestion management, renewable energy, hydrogen, carbon capture & storage (CCS), district heating and EV charging infrastructure —helping to optimize these systems for maximum efficiency and impact.
