How should we govern and organize for data? Which strategic programs deliver the most impact? - **Solve complex problems:** Break down ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable recommendations using structured frameworks, enriched by Artefact's data and AI expertise. - **Deliver end-to-end engagements:** Support projects from hypothesis framing and market/competitor analysis to client workshops, governance design, and implementation roadmaps with the technical team. - **Engage senior stakeholders:** Collaborate closely with C-level executives and business unit leaders, building trusted relationships and ensuring strategic alignment throughout engagements. - **Build knowledge and offerings:** Contribute to the growth of Artefact's Belgium office by shaping new service offerings, creating intellectual capital (frameworks, thought pieces, benchmarks), and supporting business development efforts. - **Contribute to thought leadership:** Publish insights, participate in industry events, and help position Artefact Belgium as a leading voice on AI and data transformation. ### **What You Bring** - A Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferred) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; an excellent academic track record is highly valued. - Approximately 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, data/digital consulting, or a related field (including internships or business analyst roles). - A dual affinity for business and technology — you enjoy solving complex problems and can approach challenges in a structured, strategic way. - Familiarity with data and digital technologies (e.g. analytics, AI, machine learning concepts, digital marketing, cloud platforms); you don't need to be a programmer, but you should be tech-savvy and eager to grow in the data/AI domain. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating impactful presentations and reports for senior audiences. - Proficiency in English and French or Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus. - You must be eligible to work in Belgium. ### **What We Offer** - Competitive compensation aligned with your expertise and experience. - A unique positioning at the crossroads of boardroom-level strategy and cutting-edge AI — not a traditional consultancy, not a pure tech player. - Visibility and impact from day one as part of a growing Belgian team. - Professional growth through regular training in both strategy consulting methodologies and AI/data capabilities, combined with international exposure across Artefact's global network. - A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture of doers — innovative, fast-moving, and committed to delivering impact while supporting each other's growth. *This position is based in Brussels, with opportunities to collaborate on projects worldwide.* **At Artefact Belgium, we value motivation and potential above all else.
