Your key responsibilities Location - Bangalore, India Work Model - Hybrid (3 Days Work From Client Office in Bangalore) Experience Required - 8+ Years Note - Only Who are based in Bangalore only consider for screening process Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Core Java, Selenium BDD Automation, API Testing, and Test Framework Development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure quality across web and API applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze functional requirements to define test strategies and automation scope. Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Core Java . Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and API testing. Perform API automation using Karate and/or Rest Assured . Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Integrate automation suites with source control and CI/CD processes. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Skills Strong hands-on experience in Core Java with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Functional Requirement Gathering: 6+ years Selenium with BDD Automation: 6+ years Cucumber: 4+ years Core Java: 6+ years API Automation (Karate / Rest Assured): 4+ years Git: 1+ year Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies Preferred Skills Automation Framework Development Jenkins, Maven/Gradle Postman Database Testing CI/CD Integration Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
