# **Take your career to new heights with Loopio! 🚀✨** We’re seeking a creative and analytical Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. Is this one of the coolest jobs at Loopio? We think so. Hear us out: As a company, we’re on a mission to help companies transform their RFP response process from a revenue blocker into a competitive advantage. Our software delivers the goods, but our secret sauce is our unique brand and insightful content that wins the hearts and minds of customers, industry leaders, and heck…even the competition. In this role, you’ll be the key driver behind our content marketing engine—from owning the end-to-end production to strategizing our next play and distribution. *Note: This is an existing vacancy on the team* ## **What You’ll Be Doing:** You’ll lead the team that creates content for current (and future) Loopio customers, with a focus on driving awareness, intent, and loyalty amongst our target audience. Working with teams across the company (like Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People), you’ll create and distribute content that moves the needle on our larger marketing strategies and company growth goals. ## **What You’ll Be Doing:** - Drive a content strategy that meaningfully engages Loopio’s target audience and impacts business results, leveraging impactful storytelling as our competitive edge - Take the lead on managing our content strategy, production, and execution across a variety of formats—everything from short-form videos to larger, quarterly content projects which include original research as the foundation - Partner with teams across the business to protect Loopio’s reputation as a thought-leader, giving strategic guidance on content formats, topics, and more - Give direction to effectively scale Loopio’s presence in the market, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support quality across paid and owned channels - Thoughtfully managing relationships with freelancer, industry, and agency partners, while pushing hard enough to achieve meaningful results for our initiatives - Confidently track, analyze, and report on key metrics associated with our content marketing success, like web traffic, conversions, pipeline, and closed won revenue ## **What You’ll Bring To The Team:** - 5-8 years of experience building effective content strategies in a B2B setting - You’re passionate about writing, copyediting, and creative production—plus, you’ve got the portfolio to prove it. (Bonus points for a variety of channels and formats) - You have a strong understanding of the role that content plays in a B2B SaaS buyer’s journey (and how it supports growth for the broader organization) - You're a remarkable leader, a great manager, and a passionate teacher (all of which is highly valued in Loopio people leaders) - You’re comfortable giving direction (and getting feedback) to maintain quality content, from both internal and external stakeholders - You know how to produce—and promote—content to drive results, with experience successfully distributing content through a variety of channels - A strong execution muscle–this a player/coach role that requires a range of skills from crafting case studies, pitching conference presentations, producing webinar content, brainstorming social posts, and more - Strong project management skills to manage long-term strategic initiatives, complex projects, and a steady flow of smaller requests - You have in-depth experience measuring a content team’s performance in standard tools like Google Analytics and Search Console (bonus points for experience connecting your work to pipeline impact) - You are a Master of Pun(s).GIFs. Jokes. You frequently go the extra mile to make your audience smile and infuse fun into your work. ## **Where You’ll Work 📍** - Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. Read this** ‼️ Hi there, we recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups. Whether or not your experience ✅ checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we've created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you've made a career transition (or a few!), you’re self taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table. **AI in Recruitment 👩🏻‍💻** At Loopio, we leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance our recruitment process. These tools assist with tasks such as resume screening, drafting preliminary job descriptions, generating initial interview questions, transcription and occasionally sourcing prospective candidates. However, AI is never used to make final hiring decisions; our use of AI serves to support repetitive and administrative tasks in order to streamline our hiring and recruitment workflows. We are committed to the responsible use of AI in our hiring practices, prioritizing both an improved candidate experience and operational efficiency. Our standardized hiring practices remain focused on reducing biases, with all key hiring decisions solely made by our team. We continuously review and refine our hiring practices to align with industry best practices and evolving legal guidelines **AI Usage in Interviews** 🤖 The Loopio interview process is designed to help us better understand your professional experiences, as well as your unique perspective and approach to delivery and collaboration. To ensure a fair and accurate assessment, we expect candidates to refrain from using AI-generated content to produce responses to our interview questions during the live interview, as our goal is to evaluate your own knowledge and problem-solving abilities - not those of an AI assistant. If AI-generated responses are identified during the interview, Loopio reserves the right to disqualify candidates from the interview process. For specific roles that include a take-home assignment, our AI Interviewee Policy allows the use of AI for initial support; however, the final submission must be a true reflection of your personal insights, skills and decision-making. *Loopio is an equal opportunity employer that is deeply committed to building equitable workplaces that are diverse and inclusive. We actively encourage candidates from **all** backgrounds and lifestyles to consider us as a future employer.
