What We are looking for
As a Senior Controlling Analyst at Novibet, you will be responsible for driving financial discipline and operational performance across the organization.
What you will work on
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual controlling reports, ensuring high-quality variance analysis and seamless alignment with the organization’s IFRS financial statements
- Monitor key commercial and operational contracts to ensure financial compliance, tracking commitments, cost allocations, and milestone achievements against budgeted allocations
- Perform complex recalculations and independent verifications of financial models, provisions, and operational billing data to guarantee data integrity and accuracy
- Conduct deep-dive operational and financial variance analyses to identify risks, cost drivers, and margin erosion early, proposing proactive remedies and cost-optimization strategies

What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA) are preferred
- 5–7 years proven working experience in a related field
- Analytical & critical thinking skills with acute attention to detail, precision, and the ability to dissect complex financial models and data sets
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability toward deadlines, accuracy, and process execution
- Agility and resilience to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
