Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager

Job description

**Your mission** Cosuno is a platform for construction tendering in the German-speaking market. It connects general contractors, who publish bid packages, with subcontractors, who bid on them, and both sides pay. As our Senior Lifecycle & Customer Growth Manager, you own how customers on both sides activate, buy and stay. You decide which signals matter and what should happen next, and a Growth Engineer builds the system with you. You'll be one of the first hires in a lean marketing team and shape how it works as it grows. We're looking for someone ambitious: you think in systems that sense, decide and learn, not in a handful of fixed, old-school email journeys. **What you'll do** • Define the lifecycle and signal strategy for general contractors and subcontractors: the key stages and behaviours, and the signals that predict activation, repeat usage, expansion or churn. • Turn those signals into playbooks: prioritized interventions, segments and messages, coordinated with Sales and Customer Success where a human touch works better. • Drive subcontractor activation, conversion to Premium and churn prevention, and contractor adoption and retention, including 1:1 logic on enriched account data. • Prove what works with cohort baselines, A/B tests and holdout groups, so decisions rest on incremental impact, not campaign output. • Build a signal-driven system with the Growth Engineer that decides what happens next, starting from a prioritized signal-to-action map. • Later, build retention and referral programmes and help hire a second Lifecycle Manager. **What you bring** • You've owned lifecycle, CRM, retention or growth programmes and can show their commercial impact, ideally in B2B SaaS or a two-sided business. • You're ambitious and think big: you design lifecycle as a system that adapts to each customer, not as a set of fixed drip journeys that get tweaked once a quarter. • You're data-driven: you've moved activation, conversion or retention metrics and you read experiment results critically. • You're technically fluent: you've worked with an engineer on a complex system with solid tracking and solved problems from the implementation side. • You're AI-native: you've built AI-driven automation into a real journey, not only used AI to write copy faster. • You get things done, learn fast and are comfortable building from scratch. • You work well across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering. • Fluent English; German is a big plus. Experience with ActiveCampaign or Salesforce is a plus. **Your benefits** • Room to shape and grow: one of the first marketing hires, with real ownership of lifecycle and CRM on both sides of the platform. • AI at the core: our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better, and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll build with the latest tools and move fast. • Competitive compensation: salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. • Work-life balance: fully remote or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, flexible hours. • Top-notch equipment: a new MacBook Pro. • A great team: open, international, with regular off-sites and team events. • Growth and feedback: open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. **About us** Cosuno is a fast-growing tech company making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with its digital platform for tenders and procurement. Our goal: to solve the industry's most complex challenges with innovation and simplicity. Join us and build the future of construction.
