Run a regular testing cadence and measure impact in revenue and retention, not just opens and clicks. Build channel reporting and explain results simply to the team. Keep communication caring, private and on-brand: nothing in a subject line or preview should reveal that someone is in therapy. What you bring 4+ years in CRM / lifecycle / retention marketing in product companies, including 2+ years owning the channel end-to-end with a revenue KPI. Hands-on experience with , Braze, Iterable or similar, including the data model, event-triggered campaigns and API/webhooks. Comfort with data: you build your own reports and know how to prove that a campaign actually worked. Solid deliverability and GDPR basics. Strong writing and an ethical, care-driven approach to retention. Who you are Owner: you finish what you start and take on areas nobody owns yet. Systems thinker: you design how the whole channel works, not just the next campaign. Clear communicator: you can explain complex logic simply. Nice to have WhatsApp Business API or push notifications. Experience in health, wellness or mental health products. SQL basics; Mixpanel, Looker or BigQuery. Working across two or more markets/languages.
