Success will be measured by your ability to generate qualified pipeline, drive product activations, and contribute directly to revenue growth. ### Accountabilities - **Lead paid media strategy and execution:** Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging AI advertising platforms, overseeing campaign quality assurance, budget pacing, creative refreshes, and landing page performance across channels and regions. - **Build AI-powered marketing operations:** Direct a fleet of autonomous AI agents that support campaign management and optimization. Develop and refine prompts, evaluate machine-generated recommendations and confidence scores, manage approval workflows, and determine when human intervention is necessary. - **Own budget allocation and performance:** Manage monthly budgets across advertising platforms, monitor spending, reallocate investment based on performance data, and maintain disciplined budget controls and transparent spending records. - **Optimize campaigns continuously:** Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify creative fatigue, analyze search terms and audience segments, diagnose acquisition costs and funnel performance, and make data-backed decisions about scaling or discontinuing campaigns. - **Drive account-based marketing (ABM):** Define ideal customer profiles, develop target account lists, build audience segments and Salesforce account pools, coordinate regional campaigns with Sales, and ensure targeting data remains accurate and synchronized across advertising platforms. - **Align cross-functional teams:** Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to review high-priority accounts, analyze wins and losses, improve lead routing and attribution, and refine positioning and messaging using paid media insights. - **Manage influencer and creator initiatives:** Identify relevant creators, develop campaign briefs, coordinate sponsorships, amplify creator content through paid media, and measure audience engagement and conversion outcomes. - **Deliver actionable reporting:** Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders, communicating results clearly, identifying opportunities, and recommending concrete next steps. - **Build and scale a new growth program:** Establish the strategy, processes, channel mix, and operating standards for a dedicated marketing program, using AI automation and continuous experimentation to improve efficiency and business impact. ## Requirements - **Relevant experience:** At least 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within developer tools, cloud infrastructure, telecommunications, or another technical B2B market. - **Paid media expertise:** Demonstrated hands-on experience managing full-funnel paid media campaigns across at least three major advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of acquisition, conversion, and performance optimization. - **AI and automation proficiency:** Practical experience using AI agents or automated workflows in marketing operations. You should be comfortable writing precise prompts, critically evaluating AI-generated recommendations, and designing workflows in which AI handles execution while people retain appropriate oversight. - **Account-based marketing:** Proven experience developing and executing ABM campaigns, including account targeting, audience segmentation, and measurable pipeline generation. - **Data analysis and attribution:** Strong analytical skills and the ability to reconcile advertising platform conversion data with CRM and attribution reporting. You must be comfortable challenging unreliable metrics and making decisions based on validated performance data. - **Budget ownership:** Experience managing marketing budgets, adjusting channel investment, monitoring acquisition costs, and connecting spending decisions to pipeline, activation, and revenue outcomes. - **Strategic and operational ownership:** The ability to build programs from scratch, navigate ambiguity, establish effective processes, and take responsibility for measurable results. - **Cross-functional collaboration:** Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and other teams. - **Continuous optimization mindset:** A structured, experimental approach to marketing, with the ability to identify opportunities, test new ideas, learn from results, and scale successful initiatives. - **Adaptability and innovation:** Enthusiasm for emerging advertising technologies, AI agents, agentic runtimes, frontier AI models, and new approaches to demand generation. ## Benefits - **Competitive compensation:** A dedicated budget and direct ownership of marketing investment, with performance evaluated against meaningful business outcomes. A specific salary range was not provided in the original job description. - **Significant ownership:** Build a new demand generation program from the ground up, with autonomy over strategy, channel selection, budget allocation, and execution. - **Cutting-edge AI technology:** Work directly with advanced AI agents, agentic runtimes, frontier models, voice AI, and inference APIs as part of your daily marketing workflow. - **Early access to new tools:** Experiment with emerging AI technologies and contribute feedback that can influence how tools and workflows evolve. - **AI-powered marketing infrastructure:** Benefit from an existing fleet of AI agents that handles campaign operations, allowing you to focus on strategic decisions, performance, and growth. - **High-impact work:** Own a full-funnel marketing program and contribute directly to pipeline generation, product activations, and revenue. - **Collaborative environment:** Work alongside experienced professionals who manage their own marketing programs and share responsibility for business results. - **Professional development:** Gain hands-on experience at the intersection of demand generation, AI automation, and modern technology infrastructure. - **Financial stability:** Join a profitable technology organization that invests in innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
