Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Development Manager - Commercial Office to lead the development of our commercial office projects within the master development. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in commercial real estate development, who can drive projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s overall vision and standards.Responsibilities Manage the full development lifecycle of commercial office projects, including planning, design, construction, and delivery. Report regularly to senior leadership on project milestones, budget status, and potential risks or opportunities. Lead and mentor the development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to add value to Qiddiya’s commercial office portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial real estate development, preferably with a focus on office spaces. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial office projects from inception to delivery. Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, cost control, and feasibility analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools and software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of local regulatory environment and sustainability practices is desirable.
