Are you ready to take on new technical challenges within a passionate and collaborative team? Behaviour Interactive is looking for an experienced DevOps to contribute to the development of a live online game, co-developed with an external partner and released on PC and consoles. In this senior role, you’ll play a key role in shaping cloud computing strategies and infrastructure for a game that’s already live and evolving. You’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining backend systems, implementing cloud-based services, and ensuring smooth deployment pipelines. This position requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, DevOps principles, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud environments. ### In this role you will: - Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance of systems. - Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, ensuring code is seamlessly tested, delivered, and released to production environments. - Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes in a production environment, ensuring clusters are properly maintained, scalable, and secure. - Collaborate closely with developers to address their infrastructure needs, optimize resource utilization, and enhance the performance and reliability of systems in production. - Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime. - Apply best practices in testing, security, performance monitoring, and efficient resource utilization. ### What we're looking for: - Minumum of 9 years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure role, including a minimum of 5 years in a DevOps role with cloud platforms. - Experience working with AWS and micro-services. - Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including cluster management, application scaling, and ensuring reliability. - Proficient in automating infrastructure and processes using tools such as Terraform and Ansible. - Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar, to ensure system reliability and performance. - Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset and ability to efficiently resolve complex problems. - Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective work with developers, tech leads, and other members of the client's team. ### Dans ce rôle tu devras : - Concevoir, construire et maintenir une infrastructure évolutive sur des plateformes cloud AWS, garantissant la haute disponibilité et les performances des systèmes; - Créer et maintenir des pipelines CI/CD pour automatiser le déploiement, en garantissant que le code est testé, livré et publié dans les environnements de production; - Être responsable du déploiement et de la gestion des applications conteneurisées à l'aide de Kubernetes dans un environnement de production, en veillant à ce que les clusters soient correctement entretenus, évolutifs et sécurisés; - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement pour répondre à leurs besoins en infrastructure, optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et améliorer les performances et la fiabilité des systèmes en production; - Participer à une rotation d'astreinte pour répondre aux problèmes d'infrastructure critiques et garantir un temps d'arrêt minimal; - Utiliser les meilleures pratiques en matière de tests, de sécurité, de surveillance des performances et d'utilisation efficace des ressources. ### Ce que nous recherchons: - Minimum de 9 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de DevOps ou d'infrastructure, dont un minimum de 5 dans un rôle de DevOps avec les plateformes cloud; - Expérience avec AWS et les micro-services; - Solide compréhension et expérience pratique de Kubernetes pour l'orchestration de conteneurs, y compris la gestion des clusters, la mise à l'échelle des applications et la garantie de la fiabilité; - Maîtrise de l'automatisation d'une infrastructure et des processus à l'aide d'outils tels que Terraform et Ansible; - Expérience avec des outils de surveillance et d'observabilité tels que Datadog, Prometheus ou similaire, pour garantir la fiabilité et les performances du système; - Être autonome et avoir un esprit axé sur les solutions et être capable de résoudre efficacement des problèmes complexes; - Excellentes compétences en collaboration et en communication, permettant un travail efficace avec les développeurs, les responsables techniques et les autres membres de l'équipe.
