Summary: Oversees the clinical administration of the services, programs, resources and activities to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities: Directs and evaluates program operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control with the CNO/DNO of respective hospitals to ensure consistency, streamlined processes and standardized best practices with the direction of the service line VP accordance with strategic initiatives.Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education , develops, implements and maintains goals, strategic plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization and external regulatory agencies.Prepares, monitors, and evaluates budgets, and ensures that the institute operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
