Job description

Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of security projects from concept to completion. Exhibiting a robust understanding of the real estate development process and capable of delivering innovative solutions that align with Qiddiya's vision.Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC Region.1. Lead and manage security development projects, ensuring they align with the overall vision and strategy of Qiddiya Investment Company2. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including operators, contractors, consultants, and government authorities to facilitate successful project delivery.3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning requirements, and environmental standards throughout the development process.4. Monitor project progress and budget, implement effective risk management strategies and cost management5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, investors, and partners. 6. Strong written and verbal communication, fluency in English and Arabic highly desirable.7. Mentor and lead a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation8. Prepare and present project plans, reports, and updates to senior management and the board of directors9. Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in development.10. To coordinate and manage the projects team through the delivery process, to ensure the projects are constructed in accordance with the approved design RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.15+ years of relevant professional working experience

Demonstrated end-to-end experience in the development of security assets with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC Region.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Program and/or Portfolio Management Qualification highly regarded.
