Senior Director - Network Infrastructure Role

Job Summary Seeking a highly experienced Director – Network & Infrastructure Architecture to lead the design, implementation, optimisation and operations of our Enterprise, Data Center, Cloud and Security Infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Networking, infrastructure, Virtualization, Linux OS, Cloud Networking and Large-Scale Production environments with proven experience in designing highly available, low-latency and mission-critical infrastructure. The candidate should have extensive experience managing Enterprise Networks, Data Centers, Hybrid Cloud deployments, multicast environments, Live Media Streaming infrastructure, Zero Trust architecture, high-frequency trading (HFT) networks and Large-Scale Network Security implementations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Enterprise Network Architecture Design, implement and manage highly available Enterprise and Data Center networks. Define network standards, architecture and operational best practices. Build scalable network solutions with high availability and redundancy. Design Campus, WAN, Data Center and Hybrid Cloud connectivity. Plan capacity upgrades and technology refresh initiatives. Lead network modernisation and digital transformation projects. Routing & Switching Design and troubleshoot complex Layer-2 and Layer-3 networks. Design low latency networks. Extensive experience with: BGP OSPF VXLAN EVPN Multicast VRRP/HSRP ECMP LACP & MLAG/vPC Data Center Technologies Cisco Nexus architecture Spine-Leaf architecture VXLAN EVPN Data Center Interconnect (DCI) Storage networking Security Design and manage enterprise security infrastructure including: Palo Alto Firewalls Fortinet Firewalls Cisco ASA Juniper SRX Checkpoint IPS/IDS Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) SSL VPN IPSec VPN MFA & Identity integrations Role Based Access Control (RBAC) AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+/LDAP) Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure AWS Networking Hybrid Cloud connectivity VPN Connectivity Direct Connect Cloud Security VPC Architecture Transit Gateway Cloud Firewalls Linux & Systems RedHat Enterprise/Ubuntu DNS DHCP FTP PXE Performance optimization Shell scripting Virtualization VMware ESXi VMware vCenter High Availability clusters vSwitch Distributed vSwitch VM networking Storage connectivity Virtualization VMware ESXi VMware vCenter High Availability clusters vSwitch Distributed vSwitch VM networking Storage connectivity Monitoring & Automation Zabbix Wireshark Packet Analysis Root Cause Analysis Performance Monitoring Jira Documentation Change Management Live Media & OTT Infrastructure Live Video Streaming Architecture Multicast Distribution Broadcast Network Design AWS Media Delivery High Availability Streaming Infrastructure Low Latency Media Delivery Disaster Recovery Planning Leadership Responsibilities Lead Network Engineering and Infrastructure teams. Mentor engineers and establish operational excellence Preferred Certifications CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure CCNP Enterprise Fortinet NSE Palo Alto PCNSE AWS Solutions Architect Preferred Experience Enterprise Networks OTT / Media Streaming Cloud Infrastructure Large Data Centers ISP or Telecom Networks Global Enterprise Infrastructure Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication) or equivalent.
