Job Brief: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior E-learning Developer who combines advanced expertise in Articulate Storyline & Rise, strong frontend development skills, and hands-on experience with AI tools and automation to optimize digital learning production. This is a hybrid technical role for someone who can build complex, interactive, SCORM-compliant learning experiences while also streamlining and automating the content development lifecycle. As a Senior E-Learning Specialist, you will: Develop advanced Storyline & Rise courses (variables, triggers, JS customization) Build interactive simulations, branching scenarios & gamified assessments Customize Storyline output (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) Integrate APIs and LMS (SCORM/xAPI) Use AI tools to accelerate content creation & voiceover workflow Automate production processes using APIs, scripting, and automation tools What we're looking for: 4+ years in e-learning development Advanced Articulate Storyline expertise Strong JavaScript (React/Vue is a plus) Experience with SCORM & LMS integration Proven experience using AI tools in content production Automation mindset and strong problem-solving skills
