You bring both **craft and practicality** to post-production: strong editorial instincts, motion capabilities, excellent technical knowledge and an understanding of what it takes to move modern advertising work efficiently from footage through finished creative. You’re equally comfortable crafting the hero :30, finding the :06 cutdown hiding inside it, adapting the work across platforms and building the motion elements needed to make each execution feel considered rather than simply resized. Just as importantly, you’ll play an active role in shaping our growing in-house post-production capability. You’ll bring your experience and perspective to how we structure workflows, technology and editorial standards, external partnerships and ways of working, helping us build a post-production model that can scale across our North American team. *The Kitchen and Kraft Heinz. are committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees regardless of race, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability.* *The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000.
